1A: Please provide the 12-digit tracking number so AIR21 can easily track the status of
your passport delivery.
2Q: How do I request AIR21 to re-route or change the delivery address of my
passport?
2A: For re-route or change of delivery address request, kindly refer to the following
process:
Step 1: PayPhp150.00 Re-Route Fee to the AIR21 Cargohaus GCash Account Number
09561250960 or AIR21 BPI Account Number: 8181000253.
Step 2: Email to trackpassport@af2100.com
With Subject: Re-Route Passport_12-DIGIT TRACKING NUMBER
A. your proof of GCash payment or deposit slip
B. 12-Digit Tracking Number
C. Full Name (Surname, First Name, Middle Name) as it appears on passport
D. with Complete Re-route Delivery Address (HOUSE NUMBER, STREET,
BARANGAY, ZIP CODE, CITY/PROVINCE)

3Q: AIR21 sent an SMS text message saying INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESS,
how do I complete my address?
3A: Your passport may not be delivered due to this reason: INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please complete and email to trackpassport@af2100.com with subject: PASSPORT
RE-DELIVERY_12 DIGIT TRACKING NUMBER
Indicate:
A. Full Name (Surname, First Name, Middle Name) as it appears in passport

4Q: I would like to follow up my passport with the 12-digit tracking number. How
soon will I be able to receive my passport?
4A: Thank you for giving the 12-digit tracking numbers. Estimated time for passport to
be delivered is within 12 working days except holidays. Please prepare authorization
letter and government-issued valid ID if someone will receive your passport on your
behalf.
5Q: I would like to follow up passport delivery and only have the Application
Reference Number (ARN) How can I follow up?
5A: Please provide:
A. Application Reference Number (ARN)
B. Full Name (SURNAME, FIRST NAME AND MIDDLE NAME)
C. Active Contact Number
D. Complete Delivery Address: HOUSE NUMBER, STREET, BARANGAY, ZIPCODE,
CITY/PROVINCE
E. Email Address
We will check if your passport has already been endorsed to AIR21.
6Q: AIR21 informed us that passport hasn’t been endorsed for delivery from the
passport printing facility. How do I follow up?
6A: If your passport has not been turned over to AIR21, you may follow up directly to
oca.concerns@dfa.gov.ph / applicationstatus@dfa.gov.ph on the status of your
application or call hotline: +632 8234 3488.
Use the following subject:

7.1Q: I would like to cancel and get a refund on the passport delivery service by
AIR21. How do I go about it?
7.1A: To get a refund on the passport delivery service by AIR21:
Email with Subject: PASSPORT DELIVERY REFUND REQUEST_12 DIGIT TRACKING NUMBER
Include the following information on email: PASSPORT DELIVERY REFUND REQUEST
A.12 DIGIT TRACKING NUMBER
B. Full Name (SURNAME, FIRST NAME AND MIDDLE NAME)
C. Copy of proof of payment of Delivery Fee settled during application AIR21 will
acknowledge email and send the Passport Delivery Refund Request Form.
7.2Q: I have sent an initial email requesting to cancel and get a refund on the
passport delivery service by AIR21. May I follow up?
7.2A: AIR21 will process your refund request once you complete the Passport Delivery
Refund Form sent to you. Please follow the following steps.
STEP 1: Download the Passport Delivery Refund Request Form
STEP 2: Email Passport Delivery Refund Form to trackpassport@af2100.com
SUBJECT: PASSPORT DELIVERY REFUND AIR21 will process your fund request for
approval. Should that be approved;
STEP 3: AIR21 will email you for approved refund and will ask for your GCash Number
Or if it is disapproved AIR21 will inform you that your request for refund is not approved.
7.3Q: My request for refund for passport delivery has been approved? What do I
do next?
7.3A: AIR21 will get in touch with you as soon as your refund for passport delivery has
been approved. AIR21 will request for your Gcash number so we can transfer the
refund amount.
7.4Q: My request for refund for passport delivery has been disapproved. May I
know why?
7.4A: Your request for refund for passport delivery may have been disapproved as there
may be an ongoing attempt to deliver your passport already.
