Hey @CoxComm, I can’t wait to cancel my tv service. Over 200 a month for cable and internet is insane and downright shameful. Maybe if you weren’t the only cable service in Williamsburg you’d be forced to lower prices. @verizonfios, I challenge you to compete for my money.

@CoxHelp So 3 technicians to my house. All 3 say it is a problem at the tap. 4 calls to your tech support including 2 supervisors and my internet is still not fixed. and won't be fixed for 24 more hours (initial call on Sunday) @CenturyLink Can you do better than this?

Hey @CoxHelp your service sucks! The last few months has been maddening & it’s the same response & run around every time. Multiple problems from multiple people in our neighborhood constantly. I’ve been home 1 Hr & cable & internet have rebooted 3 times. Get your crap together!

@CoxHelp I already added the extra 500 Gb which again is showing I’m almost over and it baffles me. 3+ years having no overage issues and suddenly I’m getting texts I’m 75% etc. into my usage. Ridiculous.
